Family Counselling
Counselling and support for the whole family. We work with families navigating difficult times, relationship challenges, and the pressures of raising children with additional support needs.
Family Counselling
Family life can be challenging, especially when navigating additional support needs, disability, relationship difficulties or significant life changes. Our family counselling service provides a safe space for families to communicate, understand each other better and work through difficulties together.
We offer both family sessions and support for individual family members. Our family support workers also provide practical help navigating systems, meetings and planning processes.
Who This is For
Our family counselling and support services are for families across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We work with parents, carers, siblings and wider family members as well as the family as a whole unit.
Our Approach
We take a Family-Centred approach, recognising that the needs of every family member matter. Our counsellors work collaboratively with families, building on strengths and helping everyone feel heard, respected and supported.
