Community Counselling — Rainbow Rogues
A Safe Space To Talk

Community Counselling

Open-access counselling for children, young people and adults across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

No referral, diagnosis or threshold assessment is required.

A safe space to talk

People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, stuck, stressed, isolated or simply unsure how to make sense of what is happening in your life.

Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to talk about feelings, relationships, family life, school, work, grief, confidence, identity, difficult experiences or anything else that feels important to you.

For children and young people, counselling may also include play, movement, creative resources or sensory tools to help them explore feelings in a way that feels safe and natural.

Need help deciding

You do not need to work out which option applies to you before getting in touch. Tell us what support you are looking for and we'll explain what options are currently available and whether any funded support may be suitable.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

You do not need to know exactly what to say before getting in touch.

If you feel counselling could help you or your child, you are welcome to get in touch. We can talk through what support you are looking for, current availability, session options and whether any funded or reduced-cost spaces may be suitable.

Getting in touch helps us understand what support is needed and allows us to get back to you about the next step.
